Vinification Light pressing, fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature

Ageing The Sauvignon ages in wood while the Chardonnay ages in stainless steel tanks. After a while, the two wines are assembled and left in steel tanks

Colour Straw yellow

Perfume Elegant with shades of fern, tomato leaves and tropical fruits

Flavour Rich, powerful, dense and very fresh

Our doors are open every day.
It will be a pleasure to engage you in a guided tour of our vineyards and cellar giving you the opportunity to purchase the fruits of our work. We end each tour with a wine sampling session in our tasting room located in the historical part of our winery and hand-carved in tuff rock by Lino Icardi and his son Pierino. All visitors are our friends with whom we will happily enjoy a glass of wine. We are always available to our guests but, in order for us to provide you with the best service, we suggest you to book your visit.
